On the morning of July 31, 2026, the “Digital Transformation – Green Transformation” Festival was held at Nguyen Van Lich Primary School in Linh Xuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together young people and community members in a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere. During the event, Tran Hoang Loc, Deputy Secretary of the UIT Youth Union and lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Engineering, University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (UIT), officially handed over the youth project entitled “Digital Mapping of Policy Beneficiary and Revolutionary Contributor Families in Linh Xuan Ward.”

Each address associated with a policy beneficiary or a family with meritorious contributions to the revolution represents far more than a location on a map. It is a meaningful historical site that preserves stories of sacrifice, dedication, and service to the nation.

Nguyen Truong Duy, representing the Standing Committee of the Linh Xuan Ward Youth Union, emphasized that the project not only contributes to more effective administrative management and advances digital transformation at the local level, but also provides a modern and accessible platform for educating younger generations about the nation’s revolutionary traditions and history.

Beyond its practical benefits, the project promotes meaningful humanitarian values while highlighting the pioneering role of young people in the digital era. Through practical and innovative initiatives, the city’s youth continue to uphold the Vietnamese tradition of gratitude toward those who have contributed to the nation, while actively applying technology to community development and contributing to national development and protection in the digital transformation era.
