The Office of Student Affairs announces the list of students who have paid for health insurance (supplementary round):
Please check and complete the registration for the initial medical examination as required. For those who have not registered a hospital, please register at the hospital forum: https://forum.uit.edu.vn/node/567683.
After the information supplementation period, students who have not registered a hospital will default to participating in medical examinations at the Thu Duc General Hospital (036).
For the 03 cases where students have paid but do not have Student ID (MSSV) (the list is attached), please provide feedback to the Office of Planning and Financial via email: khtc@uit.edu.vn.
Time: Students can provide feedback and supplement information from the date of this announcement until the end of January 24, 2024.
Students are requested to seriously follow the instructions provided in the announcement.
