Student Dormitory Management Center of VNUHCM Announces Refund of Health Insurance for the Academic Year 2022-2023 (Round 4)

The Student Dormitory Management Center announces the refund of Health Insurance for the academic year 2022-2023 (Round 4) for students as follows:

1.Recipients of Refund:

• Recipients: Students who have paid for Health Insurance at the Center from July 01, 2023, to September 30, 2023, but their HI cards are still valid. Students who continue to receive free HI cards, automatic reduction of HI cards for students working part-time at businesses, including resident students, students of the Faculty of Medicine, and the Faculty of Political Science - Administration (external students).
• Refund Amount: According to the list provided by the Social Insurance of Ho Chi Minh City to the Center.

2. Refund Method, Time:

2.1. Refund Methods:

• Bank transfer: Students contact the Management Board to provide personal account information using the template: Account number, bank name, bank branch.

+ For students of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Political Science - Administration (external students): transfer to the account of the Faculty or the Faculty's representative receiving cash, cash receipt file includes: Introduction letter from the Faculty, ID card/Citizen ID of the recipient.

Note: Students should not use someone else's account name.

• Cash (only applicable for cases where students do not have a bank account): Students contact the Management Board to register the time to receive cash.

2.2. Refund Period:

• From the announcement date until February 7, 2024.

For any details regarding the refunded amount and related issues, students are kindly requested to contact the Management Board (as attached in the appendix) for guidance.
