Two months later, the AI Lab UIT & AvePoint was inaugurated on the 10th floor of Building E, becoming a collaborative hub for innovation and research for faculty members, students, and technology professionals.More than just a laboratory, the AI Lab is envisioned as a bridge between education and industry. Beyond being strategic technology trends, these areas are expected to generate substantial demand for highly skilled professionals in the years ahead.Through this collaboration, UIT students and researchers will gain greater opportunities to participate in research activities, product development, and practical technology challenges, thereby strengthening their capacity for innovation and enhancing their international competitiveness.Collaborating with VNGGames and Roblox: Opening the Door to the Global Game IndustryThe year 2026 also marked an important milestone for UIT in the digital creative industry. In collaboration with VNGGames, and with the support of Roblox Global and the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, UIT launched a co-training program in game development on the Roblox platform.Designed around a project-based learning model, the program enables students to engage directly in the entire game development lifecycle, from ideation and design to production and deployment.A distinctive feature of the program is that each student team develops and owns its own game product and has the opportunity to publish it directly on the Roblox platform.
