University of Information Technology is pleased to announce the extension of the application deadline for direct admission and evaluation into the Master's and Ph.D. programs for the second intake of 2023.

3. Information System: Course Code 8 48 01 04, Quota: 57
4. Information Security: Course Code 8 48 02 02, Quota: 40
Application Deadline: until the end of November 8, 2023.
Eligibility Criteria for Application: proficiency in a foreign language through one of the following qualifications:
- A degree obtained from full-time foreign institutions where the language of instruction is the same as the foreign language tested, and is recognized by the authorized agencies in accordance with the current regulations
- A degree in English, French, Russian, German, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
- A degree earned from institutions where the program is conducted in a foreign language, recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training or Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM)
- A degree earned within the last two (02) years, meeting the foreign language proficiency requirements for Master's degree applicants amd possessing language proficiency certificates upon completing undergraduate studies.
- One of the B1 certificates issued by training institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education and Training to organize exams and issue certificates that meet the language proficiency requirements for admission to Master's degree programs.
- Certificates equivalent to level 3 or above on the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework used in Vietnam, recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training and VNUHCM for Master's degree applicants and level 4 or above for PhD applicants. These certificates are valid for two (02) years from the date of issuance to the application deadline.

- If a language certificate is provided, no authentication is required.
- If a Bachelor's degree certificate is submitted, it must be authenticated.
- 01 Health certificate (obtained from district clinics, valid for 12 months)
- 01 Academic CV (as per the provided template)
- Copy of Certificate confirming the status of top graduate (if applicable)
- Supplement transcripts (for closely related fields)
- Certificate of policy beneficiary (if applicable)
- Two 3x4-size photos (with name and date of birth)
- Academic achievements, research papers, and scientific publications (if applicable)
