Announcement Regarding Extension of Health Check-up Registration Period

In order to facilitate students in undergoing health check-ups as per Announcement No. 770/TB-TTQLKTX dated November 16, 2023, regarding health examinations and electronic health record creation for resident students in the academic year 2023-2024 (Announcement 770), the Dormitory Management Center (the Center) announces an extension of the registration period for selecting health examination locations and times:

Zone A Students: The registration deadline is extended until 24:00 on November 25, 2023 (according to the previous schedule in Announcement 770, the date was November 22, 2023; after 24:00 on November 25, 2023, the Center will cease to accept registration information).

Zone B Students: The registration deadline is extended until 24:00 on November 28, 2023 (according to the previous schedule in Announcement 770, the date was November 22, 2023; after 24:00 on November 28, 2023, the Center will cease to accept registration information).

Note: After November 25, 2023, resident students in Dormitory Zone A may choose the time for health check-ups at Dormitory Zone B (the registration extension period is until November 28, 2023, and the health check-up period is from December 02, 2023, to December 26, 2023).

The Center informs all students and requests compliance with the provided information.
