Eligible Applicants: Outstanding students from prestigious universities in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

For the Master's program (2 years), applicants must have a bachelor's degree before the program begins.

For the Ph.D. program (4 years), applicants must have a master's degree before the program begins.
G-EPSS offers specialized courses in the field of semiconductors, including:
- Semiconductor process experiments
- Memory technology and SoC
- Special topics in electronics
- Software engineering
Scholarship Benefits:
- Tuition fee at KAIST: approximately 14,500 USD.
- Monthly stipend ranging from 1,000 USD to 1,500 USD.
