Announcement: Update on Foreign Language Regulation, Including VSTEP for Course Exemption Consideration

The announcement regarding the adoption of the VSTEP standard according to the National Foreign Language Proficiency Framework has been recognized and widely used. However, it has not yet been updated in the Foreign Language Training Regulations of the University of Information Technology.
