Announcement on the Evaluation of Training Results for Students in Semester 1, Academic Year 2023 - 2024

Announcement No. 11/TB-CTSV, dated February 23, 2024, regarding the evaluation of training results for students in Semester 1, Academic Year 2023-2024.

To timely, fairly, and transparently assess students' training results, the Student Affairs Office announces the plan to evaluate the training scores for students in Semester 1, Academic Year 2023-2024 as follows:

Step 1: Activity check: (February 23, 2024 - March 4, 2024)

For activities organized by the university units:

When participating in activities with training scores, students log in to the training score management system at https://drl.uit.edu.vn/ using their authentication account and check the activities they participated in the training score table for Semester 1, Academic Year 2023-2024 (activities counted from August 01, 2023, to February 18, 2024). In case of questions or complaints, students contact the organizing unit of the activity, and the organizing units must resolve students' questions or complaints before March 4, 2024.

For activities outside the university:

Students who want to update their training scores should provide evidence of participation in activities at https://link.uit.edu.vn/Capnhathoatdong before March 4, 2024. Students can track the status of update requests at https://link.uit.edu.vn/Phanhoihoatdong

Step 2: Class meeting to assess the awareness, attitude, and effectiveness of students participating in the class committee's tasks: (February 23, 2024 - March 5, 2024)

The academic advisor, along with the class committee, flexibly organizes the class meeting.

The class meeting time and sending the results to the Student Affairs Office through the Training Information Portal at the latest by March 6, 2024.

The class meeting ensures the following factors:

Composition: Academic advisor, class students. The meeting must have at least 2/3 of the students attending.

Content:

Assess the completion level of the Class President:

• If 70% or more of students attend the meeting to evaluate the Class President's completion of tasks, the Class President is classified as "Completed Well."

• If 50% to less than 70% of students attend the meeting to evaluate the Class President's completion of tasks, the Class President is classified as "Completed."

• If less than 50% of students attend the meeting to evaluate the Class President's completion of tasks, the Class President is classified as "Not Completed."

Vote for students who have excellently completed the assigned tasks of the organization: students who have contributed significantly to the class activities (maximum 10% of the class; if not an integer, round up to the nearest whole number - for example, 8.3 rounds up to 8; 7.5 rounds up to 8): 50% or more of students attending the meeting agree.

Address questions related to students' training scores for Semester 1, Academic Year 2023-2024.

Step 3: The Class President creates an update activity in step 2 on https://drl.uit.edu.vn/ by March 6, 2024, at the latest.

Step 4: The Student Affairs Office synthesizes and updates the evaluation content: (February 23, 2024 - March 12, 2024)

Step 5: The Student Affairs Office announces the expected Training Result Announcement (DRL) results: (March 13, 2024 - March 17, 2024)

Step 6: Through the university-level Training Result Announcement Council: (March 18, 2024 - March 20, 2024)

The Training Result Announcement Council approves the results.

Issuing a decision recognizing the Training Result Announcement.

Note:

The following activities will be updated by the Student Affairs Office on March 06, 2024:

• Semester 1, 2023-2024 academic performance;

• Semester grades higher than the previous semester.
