The Undergraduate Studies Department announces the graduation examination plan for the 5th session in 2023 for undergraduate students in the regular program as follows:

1	11/16/2023 - 11/22/2023	Students register for graduation examination at https://daa.uit.edu.vn/sinhvien/dangky-totnghiep
2	11/23/2023 - 11/24/2023	Students check and settle any outstanding debts for books, student confirmation fees, and grade registration fees (if any)
3	11/27/2023 - 12/01/2023	Graduation examination board announces the list of recognized graduates
4	12/04/2023 - 12/08/2023	Issuance of the decision to recognize graduates for the 5th session in 2023

Notes:

• This announcement is only for the graduation examination of students in the regular undergraduate program.
• Students must register for graduation examination at https://daa.uit.edu.vn/sinhvien/dangky-totnghiep.
• Students must settle the graduation examination fee before registering for graduation examination. Pay the graduation examination fee directly at the Undergraduate Studies Department – University of Information Technology from Monday to Friday during office hours.
• Students' foreign language proficiency certificates must be updated on the student.uit.edu.vn page, and the Undergraduate Studies Department will update it after the registration period ends.
