Announcement of the Public Reception Schedule for the Second Quarter of 2024 by the Dormitory Management Center

In accordance with the 2013 Law on Public Reception;

Following the Public Reception Regulations of the Dormitory Management Center, issued with Decision No. 206/QĐ-TTQLKTX dated 11th July 2023 by the Director of the Dormitory Management Center;

Implementing the Public Reception Rules of the Dormitory Management Center, issued with Decision No. 207/QĐ-TTQLKTX dated 11th July 2023 by the Director of the Dormitory Management Center;

Based on the Authorization Letter No. 368/GUQ-TTQLKTX dated 15th July 2023;

The Dormitory Management Center (TTQLKTX) announces the public reception schedule for the second quarter of 2024 as follows:

   1.1. Public Reception Time: Afternoon from 14:00 to 16:30.

   1.2. For urgent public reception requests, the responsible officer will initiate the contact, record the request, and report to the Director or Deputy Director (in charge of the area) to arrange the public reception.

   1.3. Public Reception Location:

   Reception Room, Ground Floor, F1 Building, Dormitory Area B, Mac Dinh Chi Street, Tan Hoa Ward, Dong Hoa Town, Di An City, Binh Duong Province.

2. Regular Public Reception Schedule

   • All weekdays (excluding holidays and public holidays):

     • Morning: from 8:00 to 11:00, at the Reception Room, Ground Floor, F1 Building;

     • Afternoon: from 14:00 to 16:30, online public reception (contact Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Nhung at phone number 0939542886 or Zalo 0939542886).

   • Person in charge: Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Nhung, Deputy Head of the General Affairs Department.
