Announcement regarding participation in the Lunar New Year Celebration Program with the City.

Collaborative Communications Officer at the University of Information Technology, provides information on the plan outlined in Document No. 08/KH-LĐLĐ dated October 18, 2023, concerning the organization of the "Workers' Families Celebrate Tet with the City" Program, the third edition in 2024, by the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation. Below are some key details:

1. Time and Venue:

   • Time: From February 2, 2024, to March 10, 2024 (from the 23rd day of the last lunar month to the 1st day of the lunar new year). Participants can enter the Dam Sen Cultural Park for sightseeing, entertainment, and to watch the fireworks program celebrating the new year.
   • Venue: Dam Sen Cultural Park (03 Hoa Binh Street, Ward 3, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City).

2. Participants:

   • Union members, officials, and exemplary workers who have successfully completed their duties.

3. Program Content:

   • Each participating family will be issued an identification card upon entering Dam Sen Cultural Park, allowing them to engage in 30 games, recreational activities, and take commemorative photos within the park.

The Executive Board of the Trade Union at the Ho Chi Minh City National University requests all units to send information to union members, employees, and the number of registrations to the Trade Union Office of the Ho Chi Minh City National University before 4:00 PM on November 10, 2023. Please send the participant list in the provided template to the Trade Union Office of the Ho Chi Minh City National University via email at congdoan@vnuhcm.edu.vn before 4:00 PM on December 5, 2023.
