Hello, students!
The Department of Undergraduate Studies announces the registration schedule for Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024, consisting of 4 phases as follows:
- From 9:00 AM on December 28, 2023, to 11:00 PM on December 30, 2023: Students confirm their registration (confirmation phase) that has been pre-loaded by the Department of Undergraduate Studies and the Office of Excellent Programs.
- From 9:00 AM on January 02, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 04, 2024: Students officially register on the management software system. To facilitate students, the Department of Undergraduate Studies divides this phase into three sub-phases:
- From 9:00 AM on January 02, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 02, 2024: Students from the 2021 admission cohort (batch 16) and earlier can register.
- From 9:00 AM on January 03, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 03, 2024: Students from the 2022 admission cohort (batch 17) and earlier can register (students who did not register on January 02, 2024, are still allowed to register).
- From 9:00 AM on January 04, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 04, 2024: Students from the 2023 admission cohort (batch 18) and earlier can register (students who did not register on January 03, 2024, are still allowed to register).
- From 9:00 AM on January 09, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 11, 2024: Students can make adjustments to their registration on the management software system.
- From 9:00 AM on February 19, 2024, to 11:00 PM on February 23, 2024: Students can apply for late registration on the management software system.
Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024 begins on February 19, 2024.
We recommend that new students from the 2023 admission cohort contact their academic advisors for guidance and advice on the registration process.
