Extension of Tuition Fee Registration Announcement for Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024

In an effort to assist students facing financial difficulties and unable to meet the deadline for tuition fee payment, the Student Affairs Office provides guidance on the process of extending the deadline as follows:

Students can apply for an extension from January 15, 2024, until January 17, 2024.

Please note:

• The fee for the extension is for Semester 2 of the academic year 2023-2024.
• Students must settle any outstanding tuition fees from the previous semester before their extension request for this semester is approved.
• Students in extended training programs, transfer students, and BCU students are not eligible for tuition fee extensions according to this announcement.
• The university will not process extension requests submitted after the specified period.
• The extended tuition fee must be completed by students before March 29, 2024.
• Students are advised to regularly check the status of their extension request through the confirmed or canceled email. If canceled, students should review the reasons and reapply.
