Participants: Youth Union members, young people, and students in Ho Chi Minh City.
Content: Key contents of the resolution on piloting certain mechanisms and policies specific to the development of Ho Chi Minh City.

Each participant can take the exam twice, with the highest score and the shortest time used as the basis for result evaluation.
Prizes structure:
01 First Prize: VND 500,000/award + Commendation from the Executive Board (abbreviated as "BCS") of VNU-HCM Youth Union.
01 Second Prize: VND 400,000/award + Commendation from BCS VNU-HCM Youth Union.
01 Third Prize: VND 300,000/award + Commendation from BCS VNU-HCM Youth Union.
