The Information Security Training Program for DHQG-HCM Staff 2023 took place at the University of Information Technology at 8:00 AM on December 20, 2023. The training session attracted numerous officials and staff from over 30 affiliated units of DHQG-HCM.
At the event, the representative of the University's Board of Directors, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tan Tran Minh Khang, Vice Rector of the University of Information Technology, DHQG-HCM, delivered the opening speech and wished the training session a successful outcome.

On the part of the training coordinators, the event saw the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Hau - Head of the Information Security Department, Head of the Information Security Laboratory, Director of the Cybersecurity Center.

The topics covered in the training session included: Email security issues; Risks from text file attachments; Personal account protection on online platforms; Information phone security; WiFi security; Issues causing information insecurity in daily life.
Participants experienced various situations from the perspectives of both attackers and victims. This approach allowed them to gain a better understanding of the risks of information insecurity and master preventive measures to protect themselves from cyberattacks.
