| 2 | 13/03/2024 | The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs and the Office of Excellent Programs sends the list of students expected to undergo academic affairs processing to the respective Departments / Subjects; simultaneously sends an email to each student. |
| 3 | 14/03-20/03/2024 | The Faculty announce the acceptance of students' petition for review and provide feedback on the petition (fill out the academic affairs processing file) sent to the The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs and the Office of Excellent Programs. |
| 4 | 21/03-25/03/2024 | The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs and the Office of Excellent Programs reviews the list and provides feedback on the academic affairs processing file. |
| 6 | 26/03-29/03/2024 | Academic Affairs Board Meeting and announcement of the acceptance of review petitions for cases requiring additional documentation. |
