TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1. Schedule and Prize Presentation:

• Tournament Date: May 5, 2024

• Summary and Prize Presentation: Immediately following the conclusion of the final match of each competition.

2. Venue: University of Information Technology - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Registration Fee and Registration Method:

Registration is open from the date of this announcement until April 19, 2024. Students should register via the Form: https://bit.ly/UITSPORTCoVuaCoTuong2024

• Participation Fee: 30,000 VND per discipline per athlete.

• Payment Method: After registering on the form, students can pay the participation fee through one of the following methods:

• Direct payment at Student Affairs Office A101 during office hours.

• Via Momo e-wallet, phone number: 0364.746.160 (Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong My) with the format: <Student ID> - Registration - <Competition Discipline>

4. Participants: Athletes participating in the competition must be regular students or BCU students of the University of Information Technology. Students under academic probation or with academic disciplinary actions are not eligible to participate.

5. Competition Format: According to current regulations.

6. Prizes:

• First Prize: Medal + Cash prize

• Second Prize: Medal + Cash prize

• Third Prize: Medal + Cash prize

Students participating in the tournament will earn Training Points and receive a Certificate of Participation/Achievement.
