The Faculty is providing a list of thesis opponents for Information Systems students in the Excellent Program and Normal Program who are working on their theses in Semester 1 of the academic year 2023-2024 (attached file). Students are encouraged to proactively contact their thesis opponents early to arrange a date for the thesis defense, discuss the report submission process, and understand the procedures for the defense with their opponents. The defense period is from 08/01/2024 to 18/01/2024.
After the defense, students are required to submit three final thesis reports (with the approval of the thesis supervisor by signing on the report) to the Faculty's office before the deadline: before 11:00 AM on Friday, 19/01/2024. After this date, failure to submit the thesis report will result in the thesis not being defended.
The thesis defense committee is scheduled to meet on 22 and 23/01/2024.
Notes:
- For any questions, students can send an email to the Faculty's email address: info.httt@uit.edu.vn.
- Students should proactively contact their thesis opponents from 8/1/2024 to the end of 11/1/2024. After this date, if the thesis opponent reports to the department that the student has not contacted them, it will be considered that the student has not defended the thesis and will not be allowed to defend.
- If the thesis opponent requests to review the thesis report (hard copy), and the student has already submitted two copies to the department (as announced earlier), they should go to the department to retrieve one copy and send it to the thesis opponent.
