Notice on Submission of Graduation Thesis Reports - First Session, Academic Year 2023-2024

The Faculty of Software Engineering announces that students working on graduation theses for the first session of the academic year 2023-2024, in the class SE505.O11.PMCL, are required to submit each thesis as a PDF file, formatted according to the provided template. Please use the template for thesis presentation available at the following link before December 28, 2023:

The file naming convention for the thesis report is as follows: MSSV1&MSSV2_ClassName_Supervisor

Example: 19521256 & 19521700_SE505.O11_Tran Thi Hong Yen

Submission of Graduation Thesis Reports - First Session, Academic Year 2023-2024

Note: Before uploading the thesis report file to the Drive, students must go through their assigned supervisor. The faculty will send a confirmation list to the supervisor for each student, confirming their eligibility for the thesis defense. If a student uploads the report without the supervisor's confirmation, and the supervisor does not agree with the submission for the thesis defense, the student will be responsible for the consequences.

After submitting the graduation thesis report to the designated folder, students must sign the list at the faculty office (room E7.2) from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM on December 29, 2023.
