This March, WebDev Studios is back and continuing the brilliant success of the WebDev Adventure 2023 contest. We are pleased to announce:
The WEBDEV ADVENTURE 2024 contest is officially underway!!!
WEBDEV ADVENTURE 2024 is a programming contest, formerly known as the WebDev Hackathon – a Web and Mobile programming contest organized annually by the WebDev Studios Club with a large scale nationwide, providing a playground for students who are passionate about and want to challenge themselves in the field of Web/App programming.
Through four seasons, WebDev Adventure has successfully created a playground bringing together a high-quality lineup of contestants. Teams have delivered exciting and thrilling performances, as well as outstanding displays of talent and brilliance. The organizers have also identified the most outstanding teams for the championship positions.
In this fifth season, WebDev Studios promises to bring an academically competitive playground full of excitement among students passionate about Web/App programming. This will also be an opportunity for you to get acquainted and exposed to endless sources of knowledge, experience new things, learn effective teamwork, and have the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and dedication throughout the competition.

PARTICIPANTS:
All students currently studying at universities and colleges nationwide.
REGISTRATION:
Register online on the contest website: https://adventure.webdevstudios.org/
Register offline at Hall C of University of Information Technology from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, from March 25 to April 6, 2024.
Contest rules:
Teams must consist of 3 - 5 members, including at least 1 member from University of Information Technology.
Teams will go through 3 rounds:
- Round 1: IDEATION: Teams will have to come up with ideas to solve the requirements outlined in the problem statement, design features, and select appropriate technologies for their product.
- Round 2: DEVELOPMENT: Teams will implement the ideas from Round 1 by programming a Web or App based on the established ideas.
- Round 3: FINAL: In this round, teams will present and answer questions about their product to the judges to demonstrate that their product/solution is the most suitable for the problem stated in the competition brief.
Teams that pass Round 2 of the competition will receive a certificate of "Good Study" criteria in the 5 Good Student criteria.
FEES AND PARTICIPATION BENEFITS:
For students registering to participate in the contest:
Fee: 50,000 VND per participant.
Participate in free workshop sessions.
For students registering to participate in workshops:
Fee: 20,000 VND per student.

Additionally, you can also complete the registration fee offline at Hall C of the University of Information Technology - Ho Chi Minh City University of Science from March 25 to April 6, 2024.
Moreover, WEBDEV ADVENTURE 2024 also brings a series of workshops on interesting topics related to the Information Technology industry in general and Web/App programming in particular.
