| 2 | 06/05/2024-08/05/2024 | Students check and complete any outstanding debts for books, etc., if any |
| 3 | 09/05/2024-14/05/2024 | Graduation evaluation council announces the tentative list of recognized graduates. |
| 4 | 15/05/2024 | Issuance of Decision on Recognizing Graduation Session 02, 2024 |
Notes: - Students must register for graduation evaluation at https://daa.uit.edu.vn/sinhvien/dangky-totnghiep.
- Students must complete the graduation evaluation fee before registering for graduation evaluation. Payment of the graduation evaluation fee is made directly at the Student Affairs Office (Room A.113) from Monday to Friday during office hours.
- Students' foreign language proficiency standards will be updated with language certificates according to regulations on the student.uit.edu.vn page. The University Training Department/Office of Academic Affairs will update this after the registration period ends.
