UIT-ers are about to begin their final exams for the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024. Students, please pay attention to the exam schedule, arrive at the exam room on time, and adhere to the regulations of the exam room. We wish you all the best in your exams and high academic achievements!

To ensure security and order during the final exams, all students are requested to strictly adhere to the university's regulations regarding maintaining security and order during the exam season:

Students must wear their student ID when coming to the university.
Students are allowed to bring backpacks, bags containing laptops, and phones near their seats in the exam room.
It is strictly prohibited for students to exploit bringing bags into the exam room for cheating.
Students should personally take care of their belongings during the exam, avoiding bringing valuable items into the exam room without proper supervision.
Cheating or having someone else take the exam on behalf of a student is strictly prohibited. Students violating this rule for the first time will face a one-semester suspension.

Additional Notes:

Report any incidents immediately to the exam room supervisor for prompt handling.
If you observe suspicious individuals, please report them to the Student Affairs Office or the University Security for timely intervention.
Students, especially during the exam entry, submission, and lunch breaks, should be cautious about securing their belongings as these times are susceptible to theft.
