Preparing for a Perfect Graduation Ceremony: What Fresh Graduates Need to Know

Graduates are advised to refer to the official announcement regarding the ceremony, gown collection, and return, available on the Student Affairs Office website: https://ctsv.uit.edu.vn/bai-viet/thong-bao-thoi-gian-chuc-le-tot-nghiep-va-trao-bang-dot-2-nam-2023

Seating arrangements for students can be viewed on the official website: https://ctsv.uit.edu.vn/bai-viet/thong-bao-ve-viec-tham-du-le-tot-nghiep-dot-1-nam-2023-va-danh-sach-xep-cho-0

For parents: Designated seating areas are on the second floor of the Trần Chí Đạo Auditorium. Due to limited seating, parents are kindly requested to follow the instructions provided by the organizing committee and avoid standing in doorways and aisles.

General Recommendations:

Due to the expected large number of attendees, both graduates and parents are urged to manage personal belongings carefully, especially in crowded areas. Graduates are advised not to carry excessive personal items to prevent the risk of losing belongings during the event. To ensure the success of the ceremony, graduates and parents are encouraged to minimize movement during the proceedings.

For further details and specific instructions, please consult the official guidelines provided by the organizing committee: https://ctsv.uit.edu.vn/bai-viet/thong-bao-ve-viec-tham-du-le-tot-nghiep-dot-1-nam-2023-va-danh-sach-xep-cho-0

As this special day approaches—a day that marks the culmination of years of academic journey and the beginning of new endeavors—it's essential for graduates to shine brightly with both a prepared mindset and an elegant demeanor. Are you ready to "shine" on your new path?

Note: The university has decorated a graduation-themed scene in the UIT courtyard for students to capture memorable photos. From the Trần Chí Đạo Auditorium, students can walk through the courtyard of the University of Social Sciences & Humanities to return to campus.
