Training on Fire Prevention and Rescue at the University of Information Technology

On the afternoon of April 17, 2024, the University of Information Technology, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City organized a training program on Fire Prevention and Firefighting (PCCC) knowledge and rescue exercises for all staff, employees, workers, and students of the university. The program was organized in collaboration with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team - Thu Duc City Police Department.

A large number of staff, employees, workers, and students participated in the PCCC training.

The program aimed to provide valuable knowledge for staff, employees, workers, and students to effectively carry out PCCC and rescue tasks, handle fire and explosion situations well, and ensure safety for themselves and the workplace.

During the training session, speakers from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team - Thu Duc City Police Department provided knowledge on PCCC and rescue operations, such as fire prevention skills, evacuation skills in case of fire incidents, and instructions on how to handle fires in the initial stage. After the presentations, participants had practical exercises using fire extinguishers in simulated situations.

Speakers from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team - Thu Duc City Police Department provided valuable information.

Through the training session, staff, employees, workers, and students were able to update their knowledge on fire prevention and firefighting. This enables them to fulfill their roles and responsibilities effectively in handling potential fire and explosion situations, while also enhancing proactive measures in prevention and intervention to ensure safety for themselves and others.
