Representatives from UIT included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Lưu Thùy Ngân, Vice President; Dr. Dương Ngọc Hảo, Deputy Head of the Office of Science and Technology; and MSc. Đặng Văn Thìn, Lead Developer of the project. From DRD, MSc. Nguyễn Văn Cử, Deputy Director, attended along with guests and users from the disability community who directly experienced the application.

During her remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Lưu Thùy Ngân shared:

“UIT is truly honored to collaborate with DRD on such a socially meaningful project. Guided by our mission to connect technology with community service, UIT always encourages applied research and practical innovations that generate positive social impact. This partnership reflects UIT’s commitment to leveraging digital knowledge to create opportunities, promote inclusion, and empower individuals to affirm their value in society.”

The AI Job Application for People with Disabilities (vieclamnkt.top) is designed as an intelligent platform connecting people with disabilities to employers. It integrates advanced features such as automated CV screening, voice input, career guidance chatbots, and personalized job recommendations based on users’ health conditions. Through close collaboration between UIT’s faculty members, researchers, students, and DRD experts, the product has successfully completed its pilot phase, demonstrating high efficiency in helping users access employment opportunities.

MSc. Nguyễn Văn Cử, Deputy Director of DRD, stated:

“The partnership between UIT and DRD is truly serendipitous. The launch of vieclamnkt.top is a major milestone for the disability community. We hope that both sides will continue to collaborate, expand new features, and reach more users, helping more people find suitable jobs.”

As part of the event, the NLP UIT Group showcased and demonstrated the platform’s key functions. The application’s interface follows the WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, ensuring usability for individuals with visual, auditory, or motor impairments.

Beyond a technological achievement, this collaboration highlights UIT’s pioneering role in applying artificial intelligence to serve society—embodying the spirit of Technology for People, Knowledge for Community.
