The 15th "Proud Descendants of the Dragon" Camp in 2024 was held vibrantly at the Monument Commemorating the Hung Kings, the National Historical and Cultural Park in Ho Chi Minh City.
The "Proud Descendants of the Dragon" Camp is an annual event held to honor the roots of the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day (the 10th day of the third lunar month). This year's camp saw participation from various units, including the Thanh Doan of Thu Duc City, Binh Thanh District Youth Union, universities, and armed forces units in the city. The event featured diverse and meaningful activities such as offering incense to the Hung Kings, tent construction and decoration competitions, wall and photo design competitions, flower arranging competitions, flashmob performances, sports games, campfires, and interaction among small camps, culminating in the ritual of fire procession at the Monument Commemorating the Hung Kings.
UIT proudly showcased its spirit of youthfulness at the camp with its vibrant participation. This event serves as a beneficial and wholesome playground, fostering skill development, and facilitating the exchange of experiences among participating units.
