Recently, the Mini-workshop on "NVIDIA Software Development Kits (SDKs) and Solutions (NEMO, NIMS)" took place at Hall E1.1 of the University of Information Technology (UIT), VNU-HCM, attracting considerable interest from students, graduate students, and faculty members. Dr. Ettikan K Karuppiah, the speaker of the program, shared and introduced new technologies in the field of information technology from NVIDIA Corporation.
At the mini-workshop, Dr. Ettikan K Karuppiah discussed Artificial Intelligence in reproductive assistance, industrial applications, and tools for rapid data processing. He particularly introduced and discussed advanced technologies such as Nemo and Nims, which offer many development opportunities in the industry and research.
Questions from the attendees enriched the workshop, allowing Dr. Ettikan K Karuppiah to answer thoroughly and share valuable experiences from his research projects. These exchanges provided not only a deeper understanding of NVIDIA technologies but also helped students and attendees enhance their knowledge, applying it to future research and development work.
After the mini-workshop, the NVIDIA delegation, led by Dr. Ettikan K Karuppiah, continued discussions with the school's leaders. UIT representatives included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy Ngan - Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Dinh Duy - Head of Graduate Training and Science & Technology Department, Dr. Ngo Duc Thanh - Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, Dr. Lam Duc Khai - Head of Undergraduate Training Department, along with other faculty representatives.
During the meeting, both sides shared and discussed NVIDIA's DLI training program and proposed cooperation on future school-level research programs. This is an important opportunity to expand the relationship between UIT and NVIDIA Corporation, and to leverage potential in the research field.
