Announcement of the results of the exemption and reduction of dormitory fees for the academic year 2023-2024

Based on Decision No. 266/QD-TTQLKTX dated August 9, 2023, of the Dormitory Management Center of VNUHCM regarding the issuance of the Policy on Student Support at the Dormitory Management Center;

Considering the opinion of the Scholarship Evaluation Council on exempting, reducing the dormitory fees for the resident students of the dormitory for the academic year 2023-2024, dated November 2, 2023.

The Dormitory Management Center announces the results of the exemption and reduction of dormitory fees for the academic year 2023-2024 as follows:

1. Students exempted 100% of dormitory fees for the academic year 2023-2024: 24 students (attached list).

2. Students with a 50% reduction in dormitory fees for the academic year 2023-2024: 993 students (attached list).

3. The period for considering the exemption and reduction of dormitory fees: Based on the number of months the students registered to stay in the dormitory for the academic year 2023-2024.

4. The Center will transfer the amount of money exempted or reduced from the dormitory fees for the academic year 2023-2024 to the bank account provided by the students.

5. Implementation period: from November 5, 2023, to November 10, 2023.
