In accordance with Official Letter No. 28 - CV/DU dated January 22, 2024, from the Party Committee of the Dormitory Management Center regarding the reinforcement of measures to prevent and control Covid-19 and respiratory diseases.
Considering the complex development of the Covid-19 pandemic worldwide and aiming to strengthen measures against Covid-19, Avian Influenza A (H5/N1), and respiratory diseases, the Dormitory Management Center (the Center) informs students, staff, workers, and service businesses at the Dormitory of Ho Chi Minh City University of Science (Dormitory) to strictly comply with regulations and proactively implement disease prevention measures as instructed by the Ministry of Health, including:

Wear masks at healthcare facilities, on public transportation, and at crowded places.

Wash hands regularly with clean water, soap, or hand sanitizer; gargle with mouthwash; avoid touching the eyes, nose, and mouth with hands; cover the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

Maintain good hygiene in living and working areas, personal hygiene, keep the body warm, engage in regular exercise and sports to enhance physical fitness.

Consume thoroughly cooked food and drink; ensure food safety in the slaughter of livestock and poultry and the processing of products from livestock.

Avoid contact with individuals showing respiratory symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing, etc. If experiencing symptoms of illness, promptly visit the Medical Station of the Center or the nearest healthcare facility for advice, examination, and timely treatment.
The Center informs students, staff, and workers to adhere to these guidelines diligently.
