In the contemporary realm of blockchain technology, a critical challenge persists in the form of limited interoperability, hindering its potential for innovation and progress. Cross-chain interoperability is crucial for maximizing network computing performance, expanding storage capacity, and achieving unparalleled scalability. This research presents a groundbreaking cross-chain architecture addressing interoperability challenges and overcoming limitations of previous interchain interaction systems. The proposed system revolutionizes interchain data transfer through a Sidechain incorporating a Valid-Time Key (VTK) data access control scheme, enabling verification of blockchain data across multiple networks. Our experiments in healthcare data exchange demonstrate the effectiveness of this architecture in enabling seamless interchain communication and secure data transfer while ensuring the security and authenticity of transferred information. By implementing the VTK mechanism, our system establishes robust defenses against unauthorized access and fraudulent activities by tightly controlling access privileges, allowing only authorized parties access within specified time limits.
