The Office of Graduates Academic Affairs and Science Technology are organizing the University-level evaluation round for the Science and Technology Awards in 2024, as follows: Participants in the Awards are students currently enrolled at the University at the time of submitting their applications for the Awards (until June 30, 2024). Each project is to be undertaken by 01 responsible student, with a maximum of 05 team members and up to 02 supervisors, including 01 main supervisor. Number of applications: The University will select a maximum of 03 outstanding applications to participate in the Ministry of Education and Training's awards. Timeline: Submission of applications from March 10, 2024, to May 15, 2024. University-level evaluation round from May 20, 2024, to June 01, 2024. Announcement of evaluation results on June 10, 2024. Completion of documentation and submission to the Ministry of Education and Training before June 30, 2024. Regulations on awards, documentation, and presentation templates: Students can refer to Circular No. 45/2020/TT-BGDĐT. How to submit applications: At the University-level evaluation round, students should submit 03 files: Registration form for participation in the awards for students (Form 01b). Summary report form for the project participating in the awards evaluation (Form 04). Set of documentary evidence of scientific publications from research results of the project or comments, evaluations from applied research institutions (if any), scanned copies of scientific and technological documents, and other relevant materials related to the project (if any). Applications should be submitted to the Office of Graduates Academic Affairs and Science Technology via email: qlkhcn@uit.edu.vn Support from the University: The University will provide financial support for the evaluation of projects submitted to the Ministry of Education and Training at 3,000,000 VND per project. Support for participation expenses for presentations, awards for projects invited to present and receive awards. To ensure students' rights and provide conditions for students to understand their health examination results, the Dormitory Management Center announces the organization of health check-ups and consultations for resident students who have registered for health examinations but have not yet participated for personal reasons, from November 27, 2023, to December 26, 2023.
