Applicable to: Distant learning students who have been issued a student ID card but have a damaged or lost card, and regular students transitioning to distant learning.
Step 1: Students fill in the required information at the following link: https://link.uit.edu.vn/CapLaiTheSV_HDTTX
Step 2: Students submit a request for a reissued student ID card and pay a cash fee of 100,000 VND at the Center of Information Technology Development, 07-09 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City (1st floor, Building E, Education Management Officer Training School) during office hours (Monday to Friday, mornings from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, afternoons from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
Note: Students can also seek assistance from relatives, friends, or use postal and other transport services.
Step 3: Applicants wait for an email confirming the card's printing and proceed to collect the card. Guidelines for card collection are available in the Student ID Card Collection Guide. Reissued student ID cards will be issued periodically, every 2-3 months, depending on the quantity requested for reprint.
