Official Launch - Online Competition on Youth Law Understanding

To earnestly celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024) and implement Plan No. 36-Kh/ĐTN-BTG dated February 19, 2024, by the Executive Committee of the School Youth Union regarding the organization of the Youth Month in 2024, under the theme "UIT Youth Enthusiastically Volunteering for Community Life." The goal is to widely disseminate the contents of the Youth Law, thereby encouraging union members and youth to learn and enhance their awareness of the law, promote compliance, obedience, and protection of the law. We are pleased to announce the official launch of the "Understanding Youth Law" competition:

Participants: Union members and youth currently studying and working at the University of Information Technology.

Format:

  • Participants take the exam on the courses.uit.edu.vn website.
  • Participants answer 20 multiple-choice questions within 10 minutes.
  • Note: Each participant is allowed to log in and take the exam only once.

Time: From 10:00 on February 24, 2024, to 22:00 on March 10, 2024.

Content: The questions in the competition are related to the following topics:

  • Youth Law No. 57/2020/QH14, passed by the 9th session of the 14th National Assembly on June 16, 2020, and effective from January 1, 2021.

Prizes: The organizing committee will select 05 participants with the highest number of correct answers and the fastest completion time:

  • 01 First Prize: Commendation from the School Youth Union Executive Committee + Gift (worth 600,000 VND).
  • 01 Second Prize: Commendation from the School Youth Union Executive Committee + Gift (worth 400,000 VND).
  • 01 Third Prize: Commendation from the School Youth Union Executive Committee + Gift (worth 200,000 VND).
  • 02 Encouragement Prizes: Commendation from the School Youth Union Executive Committee + Gift (worth 150,000 VND).
  • 01 Team Prize (For the faculty with the highest number of participating students, at least 20% of the total Union members of the faculty participating, and achieving 50% correct answers or more): Commendation from the School Youth Union Executive Committee + Gift.

Additionally, participants who achieve results from 10/20 questions will receive points for student and union member training in the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year.
