Plan for the 2024 Trade Union Sports Games

To respected Teachers,

In accordance with Plan 04/KH-CĐCNTT dated March 11, 2024, regarding the Organization of the 2024 Trade Union Sports Games (detailed plan attached).

The sports games include 11 events: Jump rope, Cross-country running, Mini Football for Women, Mini Football for Men, Slow bicycle race, Tug of war, Drawing competition, Table tennis, Friendship Football, Sepak takraw, Badminton.

All competitions will be held from March to May 2024. Detailed regulations for each competition will be sent out at least 7 days before the competition. Details of the schedule for each event are included in the attached plan.
The opening ceremony of the Sports Games will take place at 8:30 AM on March 25, 2024, at the Chess Yard, Gate A.

Teachers are invited to register to participate in the Sports Games through the Trade Union Executive Committee of their respective departments by submitting the attached form before 4:00 PM on March 19, 2024.

The Trade Union Sports Games of the University of Information Technology is one of the activities registered by the University to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

We kindly request your active participation in the opening ceremony and registration for participation in the competitions.

The University Trade Union has prepared sports uniforms for all teachers who are working and present at the University to participate in the 2024 Sports Games.
