Challenge 2: Squat + Leg Raise + Russian Twist

Task 1: Conquer Squats (minimum 15 reps for females, 20 reps for males)
Task 2: Conquer Leg Raises (minimum 5 reps for females, 7 reps for males)
Task 3: Conquer Russian Twists (minimum 10 reps for both males and females)
Duration: from 8:00 PM on 19/2/2024 to 12:00 AM on 23/2/2024

Note: For the Russian Twist exercise, "left + right" equals 1 rep. The rest time between exercises is 1 minute, and participants must be present in the video throughout the process.
