The representative team UIT.Wolf_Brigade - CHAMPION of the ASEAN 2023 Student Cybersecurity Competition is currently receiving awards from the organizing committee.
Previously, on November 11, 2023, the top 20 outstanding teams from the Qualifying Round of the "ASEAN 2023 Student Cybersecurity Competition" participated in the final Attack-Defense round. The UIT.Wolf_Brigade team from the University of Information Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Science, achieved the highest ranking in this round.
‼ According to the results announced by the organizing committee, the UIT.Wolf_Brigade team and the UIT.Oppenheimer team from the University of Information Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Science, respectively claimed the First and Second prizes of the competition. The teams Catto Fanclub and R3vF0rTh3W34 from the University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Science, were awarded the Encouragement prizes.
This marks the second consecutive year that students from the University of Information Technology have won this competition.
The UIT.Wolf_Brigade team consists of 4 third-year students majoring in Information Security: Le Phu Duc, Le Khac Trung Nam, Le Mau Anh Phong, and Nguyen Huu Duong.
The UIT.Oppenheimer team comprises 2 second-year students: Hua Minh Duy, Ngo Vinh Huy, and 2 third-year students: Nguyen Duy Huy, Vo Nguyen Chuong, all majoring in Information Security.
The award ceremony for the teams is taking place within the framework of the Seminar - Exhibition of the Vietnam Cybersecurity Day 2023 on November 30 in Hanoi.
