In celebration of the festive spirit of the Lunar New Year 2024, the University of Information Technology organized a Spring Meeting. The program took place on February 19th (the 10th day of the Lunar New Year) with the full participation of the faculty and staff members, as well as employees of UIT.
At the beginning-of-the-year gathering, with the belief that there will be positive changes in the Year of the Wood Tiger, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Duc Lung - Chairman of the University Council, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Tu Anh - Rector, extended their wishes for good health, prosperity, and success to the UIT family.
The university's leadership also performed the traditional ceremony of opening the lucky money ball - heralding a prosperous and fortunate Year of the Wood Dragon, with continuous growth.
Amidst the festive atmosphere of spring, the vibrant ambiance certainly cannot be without the "lucky red" envelopes, symbolizing good fortune in Vietnamese tradition. The Executive Board and the Trade Union of the university presented lucky red envelopes along with warm wishes to the faculty, staff, and students.
The annual Spring Meeting is a tradition of the University of Information Technology, serving as an opportunity for the leadership, faculty, staff, and employees to share stories of the new year, ready for a new year with renewed spirit.
