The Academic Affairs Office announces the enrollment schedule for Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024, consisting of four phases as follows:
- From 9:00 AM on December 28, 2023, to 11:00 PM on December 30, 2023: Students confirm their enrollment (prior confirmation) after the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office and the Excellent Program Office have pre-loaded the data.
- From 9:00 AM on January 2, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 4, 2024: Students officially enroll via the management software system. To facilitate students, the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Office divides this phase into three sub-phases as follows:
+ From 9:00 AM on January 2, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 2, 2024: Enrollment for students from the 2021 intake (Batch 16) and earlier.
+ From 9:00 AM on January 3, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 3, 2024: Enrollment for students from the 2022 intake (Batch 17) and earlier (students who haven't registered on January 2, 2024, are still allowed to enroll).
+ From 9:00 AM on January 4, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 4, 2024: Enrollment for students from the 2023 intake (Batch 18) and earlier (students who haven't registered on January 3, 2024, are still allowed to enroll).
- From 9:00 AM on January 9, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 11, 2024: Enrollment adjustments on the management software system.
- From 9:00 AM on February 19, 2024, to 11:00 PM on February 23, 2024: Rescue review for enrollment on the management software system.
Commencement of Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024: February 19, 2024
We recommend new students from the 2023 intake to contact their academic advisors for guidance and advice on the enrollment process.
