In compliance with Document No. 237/LĐLĐ-NC dated December 26, 2023, from the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor regarding the introduction and awarding of the Nguyen Thi Dinh Prize VIII - 2024, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Viet Nam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (VNU - HCM) proposes the following actions to be carried out by the grassroots Trade Unions:
- Regarding the Participants:
Female union members who are officials, civil servants, employees, and laborers.
- Regarding Conditions and Criteria:
In addition to the conditions and criteria for awarding the Prize as stipulated in Article 4, Article 5 - Announcement No. 145/TB-BTV by the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union (attached to this announcement), if the union official meets additional criteria as follows:

Demonstrates outstanding and effective contributions to the mobilization of female workers and employees, women's movements at the local and unit levels, for the equality and development of Vietnamese women.

Implements policies to care for the rights and legitimate interests of female workers, officials, showing concern and creating conditions for the effective activities of women in the unit.
- The introduction and awarding dossier should include:

Request letter;

List of recommendations with an attached summary of achievements (according to the attached template).

Two reports on the achievements of the individual recommended for the award; must include confirmation from the relevant agency or unit. Additionally, provide images and audiovisual materials documenting the individual's activities. The dossier for the introduction and award of the Nguyen Thi Dinh Prize should be sent to Comrade Phan Thi Hai - Specialist at the Office of the Trade Union of VNU-HCM, before February 15, 2024, and simultaneously send the list, images, and audiovisual materials to the email address: congdoandhqg.hcm@gmail.com.
