Announcement on Submission of Policy Application for Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024

The Office of Student Affairs announces the submission of applications for tuition fee waivers, social allowances, and support for study materials for disabled students and students from ethnic minorities in Semester 2 of the academic year 2023-2024.

Step 1: Students should carefully read the guidelines for each target group.

Announcement No. 35: Regarding the implementation of tuition fee waivers for students - Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024

Announcement No. 36: Regarding the submission of social allowance applications - Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024

Announcement No. 37: Regarding the submission of education policy applications for disabled individuals - Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024

Announcement No. 38: Regarding the submission of study material support applications for students from ethnic minorities - Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024

Step 2: Prepare the required documents.

All forms and documents can be found at: https://ctsv.uit.edu.vn/bieu-mau

Students should prepare evidence and documents according to the announcement details.

Step 3: Submit the application

The submission period for all types of applications is from the announcement date until 4:30 PM on February 23, 2024.

Note:

Students should carefully read the attached detailed file before submitting the application.
Students who have been granted tuition fee waivers in Semester 1 of the academic year 2023-2024 do not need to submit applications for tuition fee waivers in this round. Only target group $ (tuition fee waivers) should submit a certificate of poverty or near-poverty for 2024 to be considered for Semester 2 of the academic year 2023-2024.
