Step 4: After receiving the email confirming your valid application, submit the entire printed application (ensuring that it is notarized) to the address of the Information Technology Development Center, 07 - 09 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City (1st floor, Building E).
