On the morning of October 21, 2023, at Hall E of University of Information Technology, participants from universities across Ho Chi Minh City came together, contributing to a significant and meaningful ceremony. A new journey is about to be embarked upon by outstanding voluntary youth, the soldiers of MOC VII, who have ignited the passionate flame in their hearts, spreading warmth and kindness everywhere for the beautiful lives ahead.

GROW (October 16, 2023 - November 19, 2023): Fundraising phase.
FIRM (November 24, 2023 - November 26, 2023): Local Campaign phase
