1. For students transferring from the regular system to the distance learning system:
- Step 1: Students download Form 1 for credit conversion, filling in all required information.
- Step 2: Students submit the credit conversion form, their academic transcript, and the decision to transfer from the regular system to the distance learning system directly to the Center or by mail.
- Step 3: Students wait for the results from the Center. When necessary, students can call the number 028 38 282 286 (during office hours, contact the Training Department).
2, For students who have previously studied in the regular system and have discontinued their studies, admitted to the distance learning system:
