The Department of Graduate Education and Scientific Research announces to all Master's students in the Computer Science (8480101), Information Technology (8480201), Information System (8480104), and Information Security (8480202) programs who have been assigned research topics about the plan to submit registration documents for the master's thesis defense in Session 1, 2024, as follows:

Documents for master's thesis defense registration:

Master's thesis defense registration form (template 1).

Supervisor's thesis evaluation (template 2).

Scientific biography with confirmation from the relevant agency or locality (template 3).

Copy of scientific work, articles (if any).

Information page about the master's thesis (template 4).

Merge (completed thesis + articles if any + approved thesis outline + explanatory document for the approved outline) into one standard PDF file, ready for submission.

English proficiency certificate, notarized copy according to regulations (Condition for permission to defend), minimum level 3/6 according to the foreign language proficiency framework 6 levels used for Vietnam or equivalent: IELTS: 4.5, TOEFL ITP: 450, TOEIC: 450, VNU-EPT: 201, standard output certificate ...(Details in the attached file).

The 2017 - 2021 cohort implements the thesis according to the regulations in the Training Regulations for Master's Degree of the University of Information Technology in Decision No. 503/QD-DHCNTT, dated August 10, 2017.

Upon graduation, students must achieve the English proficiency standard according to the regulations of the University.
