Following Announcement No. 770/TB-TTQLKTX dated November 16, 2023, regarding health examinations and the establishment of electronic health records for students in the academic year 2023-2024, the Dormitory Management Center received 14,817 student registrations for health examinations at the dormitory.
To ensure students' rights and provide conditions for students to understand their health examination results, the Dormitory Management Center announces the organization of health check-ups and consultations for resident students who have registered for health examinations but have not yet participated for personal reasons, from November 27, 2023, to December 26, 2023.
Target groups:

Students who have registered and paid for health examinations according to Announcement No. 770/TB-TTQLKTX dated November 16, 2023, but have not yet participated in health examinations and have a need to continue health examinations. The Center will send information about the examination schedule via students' email.

Students who have undergone health examinations and need a doctor's consultation regarding the examination results.

Students with abnormal examination results recommended by the doctor for health monitoring or additional testing.
Time and location of health examinations:
- Time: From 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM on March 16, 2024 (Saturday).
- Location: Health Station in Zone B - Ground floor of Building B1, Dormitory Zone B.

Students undergoing health examinations need to bring their ID cards.

For students undergoing their first health examination before taking blood tests: Do not eat breakfast; do not drink soft drinks, milk, fruit juice, and avoid stimulants such as alcohol, beer, coffee for 12 hours; you can drink 100-200 ml of water. After taking blood, students can eat and drink normally.

For students who have registered and paid but are not arranged for examination at the Center, they can register for examination at Thu Duc Regional General Hospital; Address: 64 Le Van Chi, Ward Linh Trung, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, during the period from March 18, 2024, to March 28, 2024 (from Monday to Friday).
For convenience in health check-ups at the hospital, students can contact the Dormitory Management Cluster or contact the phone number: 0979509355, Ms. Tam - Health Station staff for registration, guidance, and support.
The Dormitory Management Center informs resident students about the organization of health check-ups and consultations for resident students to be aware of and follow.
