Subjects, Exam Format:
- Basic IT Application: Includes 06 modules (more details), directly on the computer with multiple-choice questions (60 minutes) and practical exercises (75 minutes).
- Advanced IT Application: Consists of 03 modules, (more details)directly on the computer with multiple-choice questions (60 minutes) and practical exercises (90 minutes).
Registration Procedure:
- Step 1: Candidates register and transfer the exam fee at link: https://link.uit.edu.vn/DK_CCUDCNTT_CITD at least 3 days before the exam date.

- Step 2: Prepare the exam documents and submit them to the Center after completing step 1.
  (For candidates living at a distance, prepare the documents in advance and be present 30 minutes before the exam to complete the examination procedures). For Basic IT Certificate:
- 1 registration form (with photo) (sample)
- 1 copy of ID card/ Citizen ID.
- For Advanced IT Certificate:
- 1 registration form (with photo) (sample)
- 1 copy of ID card/ Citizen ID.
- 1 certified copy of Certificate A, B, or Basic IT Certificate (sample template issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, VNU-HCM or authorized units according to Joint Circular No. 17/2016/TTLT-BGDĐT-BTTTT).
Exam Fees:
- Exam fee and basic certificate issuance: VND 300,000
- Exam fee and advanced certificate issuance: VND 350,000
- Note: The fee is non-refundable if the candidate does not participate in the exam.
Result Collection Time, Certificate:
- Temporary exam results can be confirmed after 10 working days. Issuance fee: 15,000 VND/certificate
- Certificates will be issued within 1 month from the exam date and notified to candidates via the email address provided by the candidates. Candidates should bring their ID card/Citizen ID to the Center to receive the certificate.
Exam Room Regulations for Candidates:
- Candidates bring their original ID card for verification and signature.
- Arrive 15 minutes before the exam to complete procedures.
- Adhere to the instructions of the examiners during the exam.
