The Faculty of Computer Networks and Communications announces the registration for specialized graduation theses in Semester 2 of the academic year 2023-2024 as follows:
- Students who have registered for elective courses should contact their instructors to register topics and receive guidance. After obtaining approval from the instructor, students proceed to implement the project following the INSTRUCTIONS ON USING THE WEBSITE and register complete information as required at https://mmt.uitiot.vn.
- Maximum number: 2 students per topic.
- Registration period: From 10/3/2024 to 21/3/2024
After students complete the registration, the Faculty Office will notify the guiding instructors for confirmation. Students who register the instructor's name but have not been accepted by the instructor will be excluded from the list.
Some notes:
- Instructor Registration: Most professors teaching at the Faculty of Computer Networks and Communications are already available in the list for students to choose from. Students need to enter the professor's name in the search box (only 10 results are displayed in the selection list). If not found, students enter the full name of the instructor in the Notes section.
- For students conducting projects with members in different courses: each member in the group needs to register the project, the guiding instructor, ... for management. And record the details of each member (Student ID, full name, course) in the Notes section.
- For students conducting projects with common course members: only one representative (project leader) needs to register the project, and after completion, other members can be added to the project.
- For members in a pending confirmation status who do not confirm, it means that the student refuses to work on the project, and they will be automatically removed after 31/3/2024 (the project leader does not need to perform any additional actions).
