In order to enhance information dissemination and attract participants, the University of Ho Chi Minh City is organizing a seminar on Project 89, aimed at improving the capabilities of the faculty and administrative staff of higher education institutions to meet the fundamental innovation requirements for comprehensive education and training from 2019 to 2030. The details of the seminar are as follows:

Time: 1:00 PM, March 7, 2024 (Thursday).
Venue: Room D201, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 10 - 12 Dinh Tien Hoang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Agenda: To provide detailed information on the implementation of Project 89 and attract potential participants.
Participants:
- Chairperson: Representative of the Board of Directors of the University of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Leadership representatives: Training Department, Organization - Personnel Department, Finance Department.
- Educational institutions:
  - Representatives of the leadership of educational institutions.
  - Representatives of Postgraduate Department, Organization Department, relevant functional departments.
  - Specialists in charge of Project 89.
  - Staff and lecturers without a doctoral degree.
  - Students, research scholars with an interest in the project.
