Office of Excellent Programs Announces Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024 Course Registration Plan

The Office of Special Programs announces the course registration plan for Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024 as follows:

From December 22, 2023, to December 25, 2023: Announcement of the tentative timetable for Semester 2.
Course registration confirmation period: From 9:00 AM on December 28, 2023, to 11:00 PM on December 30, 2023. First and second-year students can view, confirm, and cancel previously registered courses on the system (no new course registration allowed). If students do not confirm, the course registration results will be canceled, and students must re-register during the official registration period.
Official course registration period (Round 1): From 9:00 AM on January 2, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 4, 2024. Students can adjust (register new/cancel) their courses on the system: All courses are open for registration, and first and second-year students can make adjustments. The official registration period is divided into three smaller rounds:
From 9:00 AM on January 2, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 2, 2024: Students from the 2021 admission year (batch 16) and earlier can register.
From 9:00 AM on January 3, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 3, 2024: Students from the 2022 admission year (batch 17) can register (students from batch 16 and earlier are still allowed to register).
From 9:00 AM on January 4, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 4, 2024: Students from the 2023 admission year (batch 18) can register (students from batch 17 and earlier are still allowed to register).

Course registration adjustment period (Round 2): From 9:00 AM on January 9, 2024, to 11:00 PM on January 11, 2024. Students can adjust their course registration on the system under the "Register for additional courses" section.

Course registration review period (Round 3): From 9:00 AM on February 19, 2024, to 11:00 PM on February 23, 2024. Students can request a review of their course registration on the system.

Note: Only special cases will be considered (late enrollment, reinstatement due to tuition reasons, etc.). Minor adjustments below 30% of registered courses in Rounds 1 and 2 are allowed; new course registration is not permitted during this period.

From January 17, 2024, to January 19, 2024: Announcement of the timetable for Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024.

Start of Semester 2, Academic Year 2023-2024: February 19, 2024.
